I think 1st German Republic postal tabs with gilted eagle & stars rank insignia for a PostInspektor in my opinion

Wenzel...pic with German troops marchin by...& picklehaube clad on lookers etc ...looks pre WW2 ..Reichswehr era ?...the other pic looks like it could be Romanian troops ?...there is a flag in back ground hangin from window..it looks like a tricolour flag ...Romanian flag ??...Semovente.
