If original and in good condition, it is a fair price. But you have to consider that it is very easy to put a badge and a cockade on an Italian tropical helmet to make it more attractive. So, you need much more accurate images to determine whether the ensemble is original, if the badge is of the same era and if the cockade is also period and not a simple group of individual items put together as a whole.
