                As far as I see, the only difference between the badges is only the needle size. Even the plate holding to the needle is identical as is the details of both badges.

                Why are so sure these are fake? Where they restruck from the original dies and, if so, who made them?

                  Moreover, the left one identified as fake is part of those in stock found some year ago with paper envelope.
