I'm not an expert about Spanish badges, but I believe that this is the observer pattern, with the imperial crown (in use until 1977 !!!) but it lost the little cross under the eagle. The manufacturing does not appear to me very accurate and I don’t see also the maker marks on the back-side (an hexagon with an eagle, a five points moroccan star on oval and the ROKISKI name). As you know, Rokiski is the generic nickname of the emblems of the Spanish Air Force and derived from the known goldsmith Luis Rokiski, who, from 1939 until his death in 1965, made the emblems for the pilots' chest, in his laboratory of Madrid, Calle Carretas n. 27. The author's name was normally engraved on the back of his insignias. I do not see even the typical inverted S safety latch on the back. Therefore it is possible, in my opinion, that this badge is original but from another manufacturer and here, to date it exactly, we need an advanced Spanish collector.
I hope this be helpful to you.
