SMG ammo pouch..?

Gents..is this Italian ?..made from same material as Italian gas mask bags etc..some marks on flap ..triangle stamp has a faint rectangle stamp next to it but not able to make out what as to faded etc..thoughts & my thanks in advance...

Thanks every one for your thoughts so far .... so it seems to be leaning to Russian made by the looks of it ...what i can add is Barretta & Sten mags fit it very nice...but iam not saying thats its origin!...i dont know ?... the item looked interesting mainly because of the type of cloth used ..very much as i said like Italian gas mask bags cloth & i had not seen one like it before..oh yes & the important bit ?..it was cheap.. ...cheers ..

It is a PPSh41 magazine pouch but also used with the PPS 43, The small pocket is for the PPSh banana magazine pouch reloading tool.

It is a Soviet era pouch to a wartime pattern.
