It is a postwar medal (VIVMCMLI 6-5-1951) OVMCLI
for the Ara Pacis Medea of Gorizia (Yugoslavian Border) commemorating the inauguration of the monument to human fraternity - Ara sacred to the fallen of all wars (especially the Second World War)
