Enclosed, you will find two photos dated February 1st 1931 and taken by the photographer G.B. CRIPPA (Succ. BONACINA - MONZA-).

Can someone tell me if the men wearing the Fez are members of the P.N.F. or M.V.S.N.?

Richard...they are MVSN..chap with three stars & chevron ( first type)..is a Console next guy a Seniore with one star etc..other chap in shot possibly a Centurione??..nice photo ...Semovente
