Authentic high collar cut for a late 1930's / early 1940's overcoat ;
original buttons that are extremely hard to find ( and are not yet being faked as far as I know ) ;
hard to find bullion sleeve insignia perhaps restored / replaced but certainly original ;
I would give it my blessing ..

Regrettably , I could not find an identical overcoat in my archive .
Very few NSB overcoats even turn up in pictures at all , and most are of the `old-fashioned ` flatdown collar type , and have collar insignia .
I did own a 1940 dated overcoat of a cavalry officer in exactly this V shape with high collar , IMO it was the latest fashion style at the time .
