      Very funny

I don't like the inscriptiom at all, but of course I may be wrong
This detail apart, for a similar amount I would like to see some papers...

The phrase: "There is not an expertise because this piece is unique" does not satisfies me very much

maybe the bike is good, but on the dedication I would not sign with the blood ..... we are still at the beginning of 1943 .... it was not prudent towards his wife Donna Rachele Mussolini.... ....

He got his mistress this Alfa Romeo 1939 Alfa Romeo 6C Sport Berlinetta which was displayed at a classic car exhibit
in Las Vegas for a long time next to Hitler's Mercedes.... (15-20 years ago at least)

Not sure about the bike,....that would be a BIG step back!

The story is that the bike was given by the mistress to some nuns and the cleaning lady who cleaned the convent was given the bike after the war.
The seller is the son of the cleaning lady. Who knows?

the Duce gift to Claretta an bicycle and not an diamond ... an very cheap gift
                maybe Mussolini was parsimonious man
"six italians, dressed in rather unusual diving suits and equipped with materials of laughably little cost have swung the military balance of power in the Mediterranean in favour of the Axis".

That explains why it the engraving is so perfect (spacing) and straight...: except for the long legged A....
The asking price is ridiculous so I don't think anybody will get burned!
