Regia Marina WW2 shoulderboards and cloth insigna??...help please

Hello everyone, I have also found this single shoulderboards and cloth insigna (for hat??), I think the shoulder is the Regia Marina Italiana ww2...is correct?....who is able?

Hi Uwe,

the shoulderboard is for a "Primo Tenente di Vascello", a rank which has no equivalent in the US and Royal Navy. It corresponds to a rank between Lieutenant and Lieutenant Commander.
The badge is for the visor hat. It is for Engeneer Warrant Officers...
