m40 model combat jacket, with black flames (collar tabs) for mvsn.
the fasci you showed would go perfectly with that jacket.

what is puzzling me are the gold buttons. this type of buttons were for mvsn officer parade and service jacket, not for combat jacket.

please post more pictures of the jacket (also of the lining inside) so that one can check if it is an original jacket or a repro.

Thank you for your answer tankredi. I will post some more photos. The jacket is for sure not a repro, neither is it tampered with, I can tell the full story later.

It looks like it has had insignias on the arm, but difficult to show on a photo using flash.

Possible rank insignia or a trade badge..unlikey to be CC.NN arm shield as its a M40 tunic and shield's were phased out before then!?...but a nice tunic Hilton..

Norwegian collaborator armed units (HBV,AE etc etc) was in constant demand for uniforms, and after Italy's withdrawal from the war in 1943 the Germans sent a shipment of "captured" Italian uniforms to Norway for use by the collaborator units.

The uniforms (only tunics and trousers were used, not caps or alike) were stripped of Italian insignias and re-badged for given NS unit that was supplied the uniform. Most jackets were also re-buttoned, but surviving examples (and photos) show the use of the original Italian wooden/plastic buttons to some extent. A small amount of these jackets surfaced from a storage in the 80´s, and 3 of those was still not stripped of the Italian collar patches or buttons. The jacket shown is one of those found, I also know of one identical, with the same buttons but in silver.

Thank you Semovente. What kind of trade badges did they use?
