    PNF flagpole finial

Hello, is here anyone who know ancestry of this flagpole finial? I know that PNF is Partido Nacional Fascista (Italian fascist party). Height is 11 cm.

"six italians, dressed in rather unusual diving suits and equipped with materials of laughably little cost have swung the military balance of power in the Mediterranean in favour of the Axis".

      Hello M98CZ:
IMO too small to be a flag pole top, especially if the
backside is flat without any relief detail. Is it? If it
was larger this eagle design is somewhat like that
shown in the Brisone book (ISBN 88-7133-245-8) as
eagle #182a (page 112) as used by Trade Unions.

the photo of the flag pole top mentioned by OFG in the book of Alberto Brisone
this is the pole top of the fascist association of Engineers (C.C.S.F.) not PNF.
IMHO all party pole top by (1927) have the blade with lion symbol of military
            force of Rome.
In the past during the Roman Empire the fascio without blade was used in some
occasion ; in the brother lands of Rome (for an example Naples) that have the same
city colors of Rome city (yellow and red) was used the fascio without blade.
In this case the Engineers make part of PNF association but use the fascio without
blade because not have an military interest...
            cheers
