i want to hear your opinions about photo

period time postcard made by f.lli Alinari (well know photographers then and now).
the peculiarity of this photo is a young Mussolini (probably 41-45 years old) dressing the collar of "ordine supremo della santissima annunziata" that was the highest honour given by the Savoia family.
Due to the collar was awarded on 1924 the photo was probably done in that years.
