Based on the pic in the second post, the big skull is an RSI Skull (unsure if authenic), PNF pin is the Fascist party pin, a set of what appears to be cuff links (cant make out the insignia, Air Force?). And the OND pin is The "Opera Nazionale Dopolavoro" or "Leisure and Recreational Organization". The PNF/GIL looks to be a premilitary instructor badge.
