Corpo di Spedizione Italiano in Russia (C.S.I.R.) Commemorative Cross of the Italian Expeditionary Corps in Soviet Russia. I was going through my collection and started doing a little review of this enameled cross. Going through the threads I found many postwar examples and others that were marked 925 and looked rather crude compared to this example. I could not find a match to this one although I believe it is a period piece and appears to be very well made. I would appreciate input from those that may be familiar with this award.
