Fascist Party Letter

I bought this letter and was wondering what everyones thoughts on it was. It states:

I invite you to introduce yourself in this office the day at specific times for communications about you.

What would this have been for? Why would they send a letter for soldier to introduce himself anyway? I bought it in hopes it was a genuine letter (I know signature is a stamp) and thought it would be neat to add to collection (if genuine).

Hi johnz, this is an original letter from Fascist section of the city of Taranto to one of his members . You only Made a mistake on translation due to "presentarsi" in Italian also means -To be present, to come in the headquartes for a comunication. Usually this letter was sent as notification for a meeting.
Please note that fascist members were civil not soldiers. Obviously becoming soldiers in case of call of duty in the army or in the M.v.s.n.( milizia).
