WW2 Italian paper flag

Hi all
I posted this under the international forum -rest of the world by mistake..
anyway..
This came in a bunch of ww2 vet items. It is an approx 5x9 inch Italian paper flag. It looks just like the ww2 german made paper flags. I checked it with a black light and it does not glow.. Comments? Original WW2 era??

I'd say authentic.
These were given out by the 1000s during any of the early Mussolini visits.
