Italian Shoulderboard opinion/help.

I took a chance on this Italian shoulder board. I cant remember if I seen one like this before. I am not sure if its a good one or a bad one. If it turns out to be good, anybody have any info on this one?

Hello Johnz138...It looks as if you have a Junior Officers (Capo Manipolo) shoulder strap for the MVSN...circa 1930-31...looks ok...cheers Semovente.
