your Mussolini's portrait isn't hand painting but it is a vintage chromolitographie. It is printed!!!!?

I have essentially the same painting. Mine came from a vet and had been rolled up in a tube since the 40s and had to be restored.

yes, it's a chromo i don't see the technic and the canvas is like painting so i tell is painting ....
Mine come to France , fine with french ww2 stuff. May be a soldier who made Italy campain ?
