Yes, a hard one to find, since Romania had only a very few submariners... As for the award doc for the badge, only one or two in existence so far, and one is mine.

I got now after long time waiting the first part of a lot from an german submarine inspector. I think you bought the workbook from him a few years ago here.

I got his documents.
His wehrpass/Soldbuch and all the pictures still belong to another collector friend, but I am also trying to get this that the stuff iss together again..
