These are very commonly found in Madrid. I have one from the Rastro market. These are commemorative medals for the Russia campaign veterans and comes with a cardboard box, issued during the Franco era...
If its relatively thin it's a good older one. (1940's 50's....perhaps even 60's...)
I also have another that is a lot thicker and I suspect it to be more recently made repro. Good find!
