Italian Fascist Bronze?

Came across this little wall hanger and figured it was a Fascist Italian symbol.
Makers on the back and looks like an Italian firm to me so Im hoping my little gamble paid off.

Anyone seen a similar one?

it is , Bengasi is italian for Bengazi and first word looks italian ... a name I can't read very well .
