2 Italian Marked Cake Servers Opinions, US Vet Bringback

Just picked these up with a few German items, hid dad was an intel officer and brought these back from WW2. Just curious if anyone knows what group or organization would have used these. I scoured the internet for information on the markings but could not come up with anything. Calderoni appears to be well know Italian silversmith but could no figure out what the crown over the eagle and cross represents. Measure 2 1/2 inches wide by a little over 12 inches in length. Thanks in advance for your help,

On Calderoni website - hystorical section- there is a tea-pot with the same engraving :italian Royal Navy around 1927.
