I am pretty sure it is the swedish m/37 helmet.
Unfortunately they are not that valuable, perhaps 10-20$

Apparently Swedish M.37 but if there's a marking on the steel (inside)
beginning with a 'W' it is Finnish made,coded as M.40.PaoloM
