Helmet for opninions

Good day Guys

I found this one for sale locally. Never really researched Italian Headgear and this one has me scratching my head as it looks brand new. Is this a WW2 Italian used M33 or is it one shipped to the Spanish or left by the Italians during the Spanish Civil war? Any help would be appreciated?
