Romanian helmet (Dutch model with German liner)

I'm curious about this type of Romanian helmet. From what I understand this is a rare model and more valuable than the one with the Dutch liner. Is this true?

That is a very good looking helmet. Great condition.

I am trying to upload a few pictures of the helmet I have in my possession but I can't find any way to do it. Is it because I don't have enough privileges as a new user?
