Help with 2 Italian medals, please!

Hi all!

I have these 2 Italian medals for some time, but haven't been able to identify them. Could you please help me with that?

First one. I have found some medals with the same obverse or reverse, but none exactly like it.




One with the same obverse, different reverse:

I have also found one with the same reverse, but with a lion to the left of the fascio on the obverse. That one had a date engraved "1928-29" on the scroll.

Second one. This one has a white-green ribbon. I can tell that it was awarded by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, probably to teaching and administrative staff of the schools in the colonies. I have found some like it, but with a different ribbon.

Could you tell me about the title of the medal and the award criteria?

hi , the medal with the eagle is "only" a medal ready to be awarderd, do not concerns something in particular, (the one you see on the web was for an "expo"), the second it is ,as you says , for the director of the schools outside italy, not mandatory for the colonies, but really to know the awarding criteria is very difficult...
