Looks like a pouch used by a vetrinarian, if we judge by the army vets materials depot markings on the 4 bandage packs for horses, but there is also a salve for prevention of sex disease, so the purpose of the kit is somewhat unclear. The Neo-philon pack on top is probably post war. The bandage packs will have dates on the back.
