    Italian Officer Sword Hangers?

    Gents:

We have been told this is an Italian WWII Officer Sword Hangers. They have gold lace with blue center stripe, all metal fittings are silvered.

    Could anyone confirm this information?

    All help is greatly appreciated.

    Best regards to all,

    Clay

        Hello Luca:

Thank you very much for the information.

May I ask you, does the blue stripe indicate a particular branch of service (Infantry, Artillery, Engineers, Administration, etc.) ?

And is this type of sword hanger always this long?

Best regards to you and all the readers of this thread.
