New Italian Pins & Patches ID Help

Hi Guys,

just got this batch of pins & patches, Italian not my thing normally, can I get some help with ID, the Pegasis pin is marked silver and what looks like H & C L? and the little medal with not ribbon says Savoia Italia Impero on back. and the large patch with the crown, crossed rifles and 94 is really a 3D shape.

In the pic, to the left of the the Pegasis pin is a collar fasces (theres one for each side). To the right of the Pegasis pin is an Italian youth GIL pin, Bird with the blue crown is Italian air force cap badge.
The big fasces in the bottom row would go on a hat, maybe all the patches goes on hats.

Thanks for the help so far, What about the other crossed rifle pieces? Has anyone seen that Pegasis pin before? it's driving me nuts, I can't find it any where. I asked before, but got no response.
