Not a recruiting poster but a drawing from Van Immerseel.
Nice one!
I know he also made lots of drawings after the war. I do not know if this one is post war or not.

These are very much reproduced after the war and are still being sold as support for the former SS veterans.So my guess would be postwar.Value 20 euro
