Hello dear forum colleagues.Im planing to buy this Independent State of Croatia war memorial sign.What do you think about it?I have some doubts regarding the endings of the ribbon.Here is the link to the auction:

The shield is ok, the ribbon has been shortened a bit, but it is an original one
