This portrait has been made in the 1920's years in Strasbourg in Alsace,
by an Italian immigrant called Molteni for the Italian immigrants present in Alsace.

yes you're right, it's indeed a M31 helmet;
I believe I have ti shift the period in the 1930s
But it's sure that is was made pre-war.

It has no historical signification or importance !Comment
