Royal Bulgarian raincoat origin?

I have this royal Bulgarian officers raincoat which seems is unfamiliar to unifrom experts which I have asked in Bulgaria. There is no record or order for introduction of such model in BG Army during 30ies or wartime. At the other hend it bears some ink stemp inside which are not in cirilyc latters. Is it posible this item to be import from german producers or adopted german raincoat with BG buttons? Is it similar or identical to german design raincoats?

Interesting! The material and color is identical to a standard German officers "Gummi Mantels"
(officers rain coats) and the cut is very close...Mostly the back panel being different and less buttons...

Based on that I believe it is war time and probably a German contract for Bulgaria! (as many other goods)
