Information on this helmet

Would appreciate some feedback on this one. The black exterior paint looks to me to be post-war. The liner is shot and the chin strap broke. I suspect the front insignia has been glued on.
My questions:, Is the shell and liner pre1945?
As always yopur assistance is valued.

Shell and liner pre-1945 but the PNF cimice, was an enameled badge
worn on civilian clothing, generally on the left side of the collar
of a jacket or of a coat.PaoloM
