Need some advice on this cap, Definately rough on the inside
What about the insignia on the outside, can they face both ways?
I located one other fez that the insignia was facing the other way.

What do you guys think about this one, original?

Your is a party's (P.N.F.) Fez. The bundle of red cloth I believe would indicate official of the National Fascist Party
For me it's original Gian

interestingly there is an Italian newspaper
sewn on the underside of the lining.
Anyone translate what it says?

ciao , il pezzo di giornale credo che riporti momenti dell'occupazione italiana nella zona del Danubio , infatti si legge che viene issata la bandiera Italiana , e dai megafoni si diffonde la canzone " O sole mio".
il produttore sembra di Palermo in sicilia, a vederlo cosi' , la qualita' e la fattura sono sicuramenti Italiani...!!!
