Here are all the known Bulgarian makers of the Bulgarian Pilot Badge WWII
The 2 on the right are so rare, that these are the only ones I’ve seen, must’ve been quite unpopular, not hard to see why!
                Left to right:
                MILISHEV, UNKNOWN, KERESTENJIEV

Center badge has been modified with a pin setup. This was commonly made by the German that disliked to make holes in the tunic for the screw setup.

These badges were also made by the German

Hi Francisco, your observer is a German made badge, but the one I’m showing in the middle is Bulgarian made, never had other set up but this. It’s a super rare variation, it’s not made by Miloshev. Miloshev (the one on the left) badges are often found modified like you said, but this badge in the middle is something else!

Hello, yes, it is German as I mentioned; there were other German makers; I have to check my files.

In te other hand; makings on Miloshev badges are:
                      Strahil Miloshev (The company owner)
                      Sofia (Town)
                      Vesletz 55 (Street and number)
                      3-23-89 /Phone/

Can somebody able to read cyrillic the complete text on Kerestenkhiev badges?

There was is a pin back German made observer like yours, a bit less common than the screw back.

Here is a rare encountered modified, pin added Bulgarian made (Miloshev) Pilot Badge. This particular badge belonged to the pilot, whose award document of the Hungarian Pilot Wings I show in post #58.

Interesting modification; seems he switched sides or was 'recycled'

He died in an accident 1946 while still in service as a military pilot, so apparently he kept his royal badge, just replaced the crown with a star (post 1944/45).

And to answer you about what’s written on the back of the Kerestendjiev Badge/s:

Б.М.Керестенджиевъ - his initials and last name
                              София - Sofia city
                              Търговска 3 - Targovska str. N 3
