Deserves a closer look....but highly unlikely!!!!!! The box is certianly garbage!!!! Is it supposedly to be the right box? The ring is impossible to judge without seeing detail & markings....but I certianly would be SKEPTICAL at the very least!

I think this is a "Pact of steel" ring, issued in 1939 to commemorate the pact between Germany and Italy.
Better pictures are needed to see if the ring is good or not (the box is, as previously stated, new)
