Hell all, picked this one up for a few $ at a local antique / junk shop in Connecticut..... looks original but what is it ?

A stamp of the Local Committee of Frattaminore (I think Napoli province) of the Youth Fascist Organization ONB.

I suppose this is not a big super scarce piece such a secret SS paratroper section and seeing where I got it from it must be original. Any idea of the value to sell it on the forum ?
