For "pounches" I mean what I have circled in black on the attached photo.
The medal should be immediately pre WWII

Take a look also the red circled part where there is the name of the manufacturer "Lorioli Fratelli Milano-Roma".
I don't know if a version without any manufacturer stamp and pounches exists...this is not my field....
