    Italian Bullion Shoulder Board/Patch

I am trying to get some information on these boards. I believe they are for a youth leader. Does anyone know what rank they are for? Are they rare?
The next one is a square patch with an oval medal in the corner I am not sure of the rank or if it was for a hat or tunic.... The embroidery is stunning on both of these pieces.
    Thanks!

        bbeck,

Italian is very complicated, etc. but I believe the "patch" is a Rank insignia (worn on cuff or above pocket depending on the uniform) for a high ranking member of the Fascist A.I.O. organization (Italian Fascists living in "Sahara" region (?) ( N. Africa/Libya)...there are two higher ranks- this is equav. to a one-star general. The enamel device is the same as the membership pin of that organization....

Pretty sure that's "pretty close"....at least. Italian collectors would love it....not worth as much as it's German equivalant (if there was such a thing)....but not too shabby!
