Can a forum member identify the unit written on this WWI life insurance form? Better still, once identified, can anyone add a brief history of the unit?

As far as I'm concerned, in the First World War the italian heavy artillery constituted the so-called "siege park", including: 149A (guns), 210 (howitzers), 210 (mortars), 149g (cannons) and 280A and 280C (howitzers) removed from coastal strongpoints. In May 1916 there were 475 siege batteries, that grew up to 750 in October 1917 (on the eve of the battle of Kobarid) and finally became 890 at the end of the war in October 1918, for a total of about 3,700 guns of various calibres. Therefore, I am referring to an Italian unit, included in the British contingent in Italy only as an artillery support. I have not heard of units with so high numbers (915), although obviously I can not exclude it. Finally, I believe that the fortress'artillery first regiment was at that time now a mere administrative unit.
