Anyone seen one of these before, two sided, the fascio is aprinted piece and is seperatly applied.

Hi,
never seen before this type of pennant is possible to see
close up of fascio? normally the fascio is hand embroidered
gold bullion or cotton; the detail costruction of pennant are
correct with the two tri-color and black side.
