The ones with the triangles are Italian WW2 Coastal Defense collar tabs.

The star is for collar of the (troop's) fatigue jacket.

Army coastal defence. Think they for enlisted.

Star is for army fatigue jacket, enlisted.

Now what's interesting is that the 207 tab is reversible and can also be used for
                  Coastal Defence Division 202! Thrifty!
(unlike the 211 tab, you can not flip that one...See the first post)

Both 202 and 207 units served in Sicily.

                      Nick, to me both are:
Red triangle on white = 53, 118 and 143 Costal Inf. Regimens based in Calabria.

In post N°8 you`re showing the backside of the tab.
They are not reversible, one can see that it is the back side in post N°8!

202 Reg. had an orange colored triangle, not red. Colors on the sheet you`ve posted are not clearly visible.
Same problem as for the sheet on Marzetti's "Uniforme e Distintive dell`Esercito Italiano 1933-1945"...

Thanks for the additional info. OK so not reversable...it appeared that way to me. Thanks for correcting!!

So both sets of tabs are infact the same unit? = 211 (53, 118 and 143 Costal Inf. Regiments)
One more purple than red , other one more orange than red, both on white base...
                            Thanks!

Is the first time I see this type of collar tabs. Usually are made of cloth or material pieces. The image show a embroidered to machine collar tabs.
                              someone has originality certainty?
