Hi, this is up for sale. Is it genuine, is it very common & any idea of value?

Note that the picture has been edited so that is why the lower portion of the image is missing.


Seller describes it as ..... Greyed zinc with red painted shield at base, maker marked BRACA KNAUS, ZAGREB, two folding brass pins on reverse.
