Should be from the P.A.I. (Polizia Africana Italiana).
What are the measurements of the badge? -

Tankredi is right, shoulder board insignia, of P.A.I, (Polizia dell'Africa Italiana) an elitè police
colonial forces mixed race, for italian' East Africa and Libia, this model in bronze are for the
italian policeman (the officier are in gold) without the cross is for the native policeman the
cross never added because many are muslims.
