Unknown Axis Tunic? Croatian?

Hello, I pick up this tunic from ebay, a week ago and I was wondering if anyone knew what it was? The tunic have what looks to be a croatian stamp on the inside but could it just had been made in Croata. The tunic the seller told me that he got it out of the USSR when the wall came down.

Any comments would be helpful.

This is uniform of the Croatian home guard, unfortunately movie replica. A lot of them circulating in the market recently.
