opinion please about very nice Italian ring

Hi guy's I got offered this Italian ring. It should be an Italian Pilot observers ring.
The ring itzelf is made out of zinc and the wing has been sillvered.

It is original WW2 ,is it a rare item and what would be the value ??
I would appreciate your comments.

By the way I hope the pictures are big enough ... that is all I got.
