      Hi Francesco

Thanks for the information, I wonder who the man in the coffin is, surrounded by the honour guard in the white uniforms. I was thinking Gentile, but he died in mid 1944. I would like to ry and find out

      Thanks again

interesting photos thanks for sharing! in the photo #4 is clearly visible
the italian Royal Marine honour guard; in my opinion is the funeral of
        Costanzo Ciano, (August 30, 1876 - June 26, 1939) naval commander
and politician, the city of funeral is Livorno in Tuscany; he was the father
        of Galeazzo Ciano.
        cheers, Raffaello

"six italians, dressed in rather unusual diving suits and equipped with materials of laughably little cost have swung the military balance of power in the Mediterranean in favour of the Axis".

Only the Italians would combine a foot race with a State Funeral. God love em.

I think the photos are an mix of different moment and events... two
different funerals and some fascist events/race photos presented all
            togheter in this thread.
the ITALIANS have RESPECT of the funeral and God love em.
the stupid prejudice don't have respect of italians...

Raffaelo, He is just making a light hearted joke. Being half Italian blood myself I get the joke.

Ha! An italian American nightmare is every day you wake up its Saint Paddies day again.
