Please Help: Italian minister's visor

I picked up this one yesterday with a white pilot's uniform.

Was told this was a high ranking diplomat's or minister's visor.

Anyone who know's more about it?

It's a visor of an PNF party member, probably a higher ranking magistrate or maybe a minister.
